CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests for cancellation after 24 hours must be submitted directly to our team. Please note that all cancellations made after the 24-hour period will incur a 20% cancellation fee. LATE FEE: you will be charged a late fee of $15 if you’re 15 minutes late. Anything more, your appointment will be cancelled.
